The recruitment landscape has become crowded with many companies offering generic recruitment solutions often backed by various bold claims, that coupled with changes in the candidate market with more candidates being passive and selective in their job search, it can quickly become difficult for your organisation to attract and retain good employees.
This is where we can help: We at Active Olive have a different approach to recruit which is based on the following:
- We only recruit in the Healthcare Sector; we are Passionate about healthcare.
- We offer a service that is Honest and Straightforward; we only take on assignments that we can fulfil, if we say we can help then we can. We are realistic on our timelines and treat our clients the way we would like to be treated.
- For assignments we take on we charge a flat % management fee with a guaranteed maximum price for each assignment which allows our clients to stay on top of how much they spend on recruitment.
- We fully reference all our candidates, that saves our clients time and effort.
We also offer a ready to start work service which includes:
- 2 X bespoke references for a candidate based on the client’s requirements and we actually speak to the referees on the phone rather vs. generic emails.
- Full DBS & Right to Work checks – (additional fees applicable, we do not charge management fees on this)
